About the Book
Grab a burlap sack and coast down one of the best slides in town! The historic wooden slide at Smith Playground in Philadelphia attracts visitors from all over the world. Local author Cynthia Rafetto Kreilick reads her bilingual children's book and invites families to play with gravity and friction using fun, hands-on experiments. For Ages 3 - 7. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
About the Author
Cynthia Rafetto Kreilick has produced children's television for WHYY, worked as an educational programs specialist at Please Touch Museum and trained early childhood professionals in developmentally appropriate practice for over 25 years. She founded Morning Circle Media in 2011 to promote bilingual early literacy and cross-cultural understanding. She lives in Oreland, PA with her husband, Scott.
