About the Instructors

Leslee Frye (@fryeday_feeling) believes in healing through mind-body connections, reflected in her "loving, gentle, and restorative" yoga classes. She emphasizes wellness and mindfulness, both personally and professionally, including teaching yoga to students and colleagues. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Education Institute and holds certifications in 20-hour Meditation Teacher Training (focused on science, philosophy, application, and positive psychology) and Restorative Yoga, including advanced training with Erick Dupree from Three Queens Yoga.

David Keim (@davidhealingarts) creates a welcoming and integrative sound healing space where individual and collective healing meet. His work blends Integral Sound Energy Healing, Biofield Balancing, and Chakra Alignment, guiding others to reconnect with all parts of themselves without judgement, release suppressed/repressed emotions, and deepen their sense of interconnectedness.

With a background in singing and energy work, he has spent the past two years studying at the Sound Healing Academy and will continue to be a life-long student with Biofield Tuning certification in August, after completing final case studies. Rooted in holistic integral medicine, decolonization, and personal & collective liberation, his approach invites both deep relaxation and profound transformation.
